Problem

Field teams needed a reliable way to monitor sensor data, react to operational alerts, and manage access across tenants while the platform moved from on-premise deployment to AWS.

My role

I worked across React, Spring Boot, AWS deployment, alert delivery, and Keycloak configuration, connecting product features with the infrastructure needed to run them reliably.

Solution

  • Moved deployment concerns toward AWS while preserving service availability.
  • Integrated WhatsApp Business messaging so field alerts could reach operators quickly.
  • Configured Keycloak to centralize authentication and support multi-tenant access boundaries.
  • Built React dashboard surfaces for real-time sensor visibility.

Results

  • Deployment moved to AWS without user-visible downtime.
  • Alert delivery became part of the operational workflow instead of a separate manual process.
  • Identity and access control became easier to reason about across tenants.
